Experience You Can Trust

I’m a Communication Specialist offering virtual coaching and workshops, built on 25 years of experience in communication sciences and life coaching. I help high‑performing professionals and teams reduce communication anxiety, break internal overthinking cycles, and speak with calm, credible confidence in meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations.

From Clinic To Coaching

My work began in clinical speech pathology, partnering with children, adults, and seniors facing wide-ranging communication challenges. Over decades, I saw capable people blocked more by anxiety than skill. That insight led me to design strategic communication coaching specifically for professionals and teams.

Science, Mindset, Real Results

I integrate 25 years in communication science, national speech-language credentials, and life coach certification to target what happens internally before you speak. This science-based, mindset-focused approach reduces anxiety, making communication feel easier while strengthening confidence, visibility, and leadership presence in daily workplace interactions.

A Commitment to Confidence

My mission is to turn communication anxiety into steady, confident participation in the moments that matter most at work. My vision is organizations where capable professionals speak up with clarity, composure, and self-trust, contributing fully to decisions, leadership, and results.
